
Vice President, Growth β Product Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Directly engage with MSP and Direct IT clients, field leaders, product teams, support, NPS, win/loss analysis, and market research to comprehend customer requirements, purchasing behavior, challenges, churn factors, and growth prospects.
β’ Formulate high-impact strategic inquiries by defining decisions, creating hypotheses, pinpointing necessary evidence, and offering actionable recommendations.
β’ Convert insights from customers, products, markets, and competitors into strategies that facilitate short-term ARR growth and guide Kaseyaβs 2β5 year vision.
β’ Generate clear memos, presentations, decision documents, and operational narratives.
β’ Transition rapidly from problem identification to well-supported recommendations and refine based on evidence.
β’ Develop the personnel, processes, and operational framework necessary to scale Growth & Product Strategy into a sustainable function.
β’ Ensure that recommendations are linked to quantified revenue or expansion potential.
β’ Provide insights on product priorities, go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, revenue opportunities, and investment choices.
β’ Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, growth or product strategy, or a similar senior strategic or operational leadership position.
β’ Proven history of managing complex, high-stakes challenges from start to finish.
β’ Exceptional skills in framing problems, analytical thinking, and synthesizing information.
β’ Ability to identify the core question, isolate critical drivers, and ascertain relevant evidence.
β’ Strong customer focus with direct experience in customer discovery, research, design thinking, experimentation, product data, or field insights to shape strategy.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Capacity to construct compelling narratives, memos, and presentations with clarity and conviction.
β’ High operational discipline and a strong sense of ownership.
β’ Comfortable working as a proactive individual contributor while progressively building and leading a team.
β’ Experience in software, B2B SaaS, MSP, IT management, cybersecurity, or product-led growth is highly desirable but not mandatory.
