This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead the international operational strategy and collaborate with product, legal, and clinical teams to expand Spring Health's global presence.
• Coordinate global delivery networks and enhance service reliability across more than 200 international markets.
• Align cross-functional, matrixed teams to establish mental healthcare infrastructure for members, customers, and providers worldwide.
• Define the long-term global expansion strategy, concentrating on service delivery quality and growth.
• Serve as an internal general manager, aligning organizational capabilities with market demands.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to determine operational readiness capabilities that boost revenue generation and market entry.
• Develop operational rigor, standardization, and process excellence across international fulfillment and support channels.
• Advocate for local market customization and regional delivery models to ensure culturally relevant and clinically compliant care.
• Cultivate relationships with regional providers and strategic fulfillment networks globally.
• Balance international regulatory, legal, and operational considerations for safe cross-border service delivery.
• Address cross-functional operational challenges and manage international dependencies in response to evolving market conditions.
• Review and enhance regional operational processes to eliminate inefficiencies and increase service speed.
• Achieve or surpass revenue growth and retention targets.
• Enhance operational efficiency, lower care support and fulfillment costs, and elevate quality standards.
• Implement and scale the in-house care delivery infrastructure roadmap across target international regions.
• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing complex operations, network management, or general management roles.
• Direct experience in successfully scaling operational footprints from the United States into international markets.
• Extensive professional knowledge of global healthcare delivery models, international compliance frameworks, and cross-border regulatory environments.
• Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams within a fast-paced matrixed setting.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with a demonstrated history of establishing operational tracking metrics and key performance indicators.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with an existing network of global healthcare stakeholders, providers, or vendors.
• Experience in employee benefits and commercial health plan operations is a plus.
• Experience in designing or managing centralized global shared services models is also a plus.
