Airbnb Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel

• Develop and refine listings, focusing on photos, descriptions, and search engine optimization

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies (yield management)

• Handle bookings and maintain guest relations, which includes communication, check-ins, and resolving disputes

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties

• Cultivate and expand a portfolio of managed properties

• Potentially recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their performance

• Capability to persuade property owners and foster trusting relationships

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a similar field

• Highly driven and capable of working autonomously
