Airbnb Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel

• Create and optimize property listings: including photos, descriptions, and SEO strategies

• Apply yield management techniques and implement dynamic pricing

• Manage guest bookings and maintain guest relations

• Address messages, oversee check-ins, and resolve disputes

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing property management

• Develop and expand a portfolio of managed properties

• Recruit and mentor City Managers as desired

• Ability to persuade property owners and establish trust

• Experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is advantageous

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
