Maintenance Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of maintenance and laundry services.

• Organize the scheduling of field staff, drivers, and service resources.

• Track employee productivity, workloads, deadlines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure that completed services are accurately documented and billed.

• Supervise laundry operations, monitor turnaround times, and manage deliveries.

• Analyze operational reports to address delays, discrepancies, and customer concerns.

• Collaborate with accounting, sales, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues.

• Assist in enhancing Odoo/CRM functionalities, workflow development, and system testing.

• Compile weekly management reports and suggest operational enhancements.

• Direct remote administrative staff and liaise with technicians, drivers, and laundry personnel.

• Guarantee that services are scheduled, executed, documented, and invoiced precisely and punctually.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing maintenance, field service, facilities, laundry, or related operations.

• Background in supervising remote and field-based teams.

• Proficient in Odoo/CRM or ERP systems.

• Familiarity with scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and KPIs.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously and take responsibility for operational performance.

• Candidates must submit a video lasting 2–3 minutes, with a maximum duration of 4 minutes.

• Applicants are required to answer all provided questions in sequence.

• The camera must be on, and the applicant should be clearly visible.

• Audio quality must be clear.
