Airbnb Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create and optimize property listings by improving photos, descriptions, and SEO.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue effectively.

• Handle bookings and guest interactions, including messaging, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams during guest transitions.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Manage operations in real-time through the ALB platform.

• Potentially recruit City Managers through referrals and earn commissions based on their performance.
