Operations Manager, Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create, list, and optimize property listings, including photography, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue potential.

• Manage bookings and foster positive guest relations.

• Address messages, facilitate check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Identify and approach new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Build and expand a portfolio of managed properties.

• Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commissions based on their activities.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
