This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create a scalable global channel management operating framework.
• Build and oversee BMP's global channel management division.
• Formulate global channel strategies and long-term strategic roadmaps.
• Act as the executive sponsor and primary relationship manager for the global VWR partnership.
• Lead collaborative business planning, growth initiatives, governance assessments, and resolution of issues.
• Synchronize regional channel strategies across North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and emerging markets.
• Establish and sustain visibility among distributors, dealers, resellers, and strategic allies.
• Record partner responsibilities, product assortments, regional coverage, commercial frameworks, and operational models.
• Monitor channel alignment, partner involvement, product distribution, and conflicts within channels.
• Direct the resolution of intricate channel-related business challenges and formal escalation protocols.
• Formulate channel-specific commercialization strategies and go-to-market approaches.
• Enhance market penetration, customer accessibility, and revenue growth through channel partners.
• Collaborate on joint business plans with strategic channel partners.
• Cultivate executive relationships across BMP and strategic channel entities.
• Develop and manage channel KPIs, partner scorecards, executive dashboards, quarterly business reviews, revenue, profitability metrics, and performance reporting.
• Conduct regular business evaluations and propose corrective measures.
• Establish the long-term organizational framework and operational model for Global Channel Management.
• Design regional channel management frameworks and a multi-year capability enhancement roadmap.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
• At least 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in channel management, commercial leadership, sales management, business development, strategic partnerships, or related areas.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in leading global, multi-regional commercial organizations, channel programs, or strategic partner networks.
• Proven success in developing and executing global channel strategies, operational models, and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing intricate channel ecosystems, including distributors, resellers, dealers, strategic partners, and commercial alliances.
• A demonstrated history of building, transforming, or scaling channel management functions and operational structures.
• Extensive experience in leading executive-level relationships with strategic channel partners and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience in identifying and resolving channel conflicts.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives involving commercial, product management, operations, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership teams.
• Experience in developing market expansion strategies and driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels.
• In-depth knowledge of global channel management principles, partner ecosystems, and indirect sales models.
• Strong understanding of channel governance, commercial agreements, partner enablement, and channel performance management.
• Expertise in scalable business processes, operational frameworks, and governance structures.
• Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and financial management skills.
• Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Capacity to lead organizational change, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Proficient in forecasting, business planning, KPI development, scorecard management, and performance reporting.
