This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the CRP/RSP growth strategy, focusing on market segmentation, wallet share expansion, and prioritizing pursuits.
• Create and implement the annual sales plan aimed at achieving bookings, revenue, and margin objectives.
• Oversee funnel health and initiate corrective measures as necessary.
• Act as the primary executive contact for key CRP/RSP program pursuits.
• Build and utilize senior-level relationships with customers.
• Lead negotiations on long-term agreements, pricing structures, and multi-year contracts.
• Enforce structured pipeline management, including stage gates, win probabilities, and cycle-time metrics.
• Provide precise forecasts for 30/60/90-day periods.
• Examine trends in commercial, military, and IGT markets, along with fleet dynamics, industry sectors, installed bases, and adjacent new products/programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Programs on business cases, qualifications, and certifications for NPI/NPR.
• Work alongside Operations and Supply Chain to ensure alignment of capacity, lead times, and cost strategies with customer agreements.
• Promote commercial excellence through disciplined quoting, pricing optimization, terms and conditions, and risk evaluations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to guarantee alignment, accountability, and collaboration.
• Encourage customer advocacy, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure compliance with export controls, trade regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
• Operate in accordance with the company’s values of Velocity, Integrity, and Teamwork.
• Over 10 years of progressive commercial experience in Aerospace, Military, IGT, or closely related OEM turbomachinery industries.
• Proven track record in leading complex, multi-year programs and achieving growth with healthy margins.
• Demonstrated success in managing key OEM accounts and sales teams across various regions.
• Strong financial acumen, including understanding P&L levers, pricing strategies, contract terms, and risk management.
• Exceptional executive presence, negotiation abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with turbine engine products, services, and associated equipment.
• Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce or similar, along with pipeline governance.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% both domestically and internationally.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field/experience.
• MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
