This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Establish successful partnerships with clients and oversee client management across all teams.
• Recognize strategic opportunities and suggest innovative ideas to current clients.
• Propel business growth through strategic and creative proposals.
• Collaborate with brand teams on brand objectives, goals, and strategies.
• Ensure that materials are aligned with core brand strategies and remain on target.
• Gain insights into products, competitors, market dynamics, and category shifts.
• Organize and participate in client meetings.
• Guarantee compliance with agency/client processes and maintain accuracy in client files and communications.
• Conduct internal kick-off meetings and provide strategic guidance.
• Evaluate projects that support new strategies or specialized tactics.
• Oversee internal deliverables and manage daily workflow for agency client business.
• Create brand plans, tactical plans, work orders, annual statements of work, and creative briefs.
• Mentor and manage junior account team members.
• Develop and monitor statements of work budgets and finances, including annual statements of work, monthly financials, hours, and client accruals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients regarding scientific communication strategies for healthcare professionals, patients, payers, and advocacy groups.
• Lead significant client engagements and grow partnerships.
• Integrate AI-driven insights, real-world data, and digital engagement strategies into client solutions.
• Recruit, manage, and develop teams responsible for the execution of day-to-day client programs.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency.
• Experience in HCP Promotional Advertising is preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to mentor others.
• Significant experience in leading product launches, including accelerated approvals.
• Proven success in integrating digital strategies, AI tools, and data-driven insights into medical communications.
• Exceptional client relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts valued in the millions.
• Familiarity with Veeva and/or Ziflow platforms.
• Proficient in financial account management, invoicing, and reporting.
• Experience in recruiting, managing, and developing teams responsible for client program execution.
• Strong skills in people management and team building.
• Knowledge of AI tools and platforms to improve efficiency, enhance workflows, and foster innovation.
