This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead projects from client acquisition through to final project delivery.
β’ Supervise client service teams across various client engagements.
β’ Manage, develop, train, and mentor team members.
β’ Build and nurture working relationships with both internal and external clients.
β’ Identify and seek opportunities for new and innovative services.
β’ Retain and acquire new clients, including cross-selling the firmβs comprehensive range of client services.
β’ Communicate with project stakeholders regarding technical enhancements and process improvements.
β’ Utilize extensive knowledge of IT security and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CMMC, and FFIEC.
β’ Conduct IT and information security risk and compliance assessments, PCI engagements, IT audits, cybersecurity testing, operational gap analyses, and offer remediation recommendations.
β’ Possession of at least one Security, Risk, or IT certification (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001).
β’ A minimum of an associate's degree (AS) is required.
β’ At least eight years of experience in the areas of Cyber Security, Information Assurance, and IT Audit.
β’ Experience in the fields of Enterprise Risk or Compliance is necessary.
β’ Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
β’ Ability to provide mentoring and leadership to junior team members.
β’ Expertise in compliance with regulatory, privacy, international laws, and statutory requirements.
β’ Proficiency in risk management frameworks, maturity models, and enterprise IT security risk methodologies.
β’ Knowledge in governance related to vendor management, policy frameworks, control design, and security architecture.
β’ Strong understanding and documented hands-on experience with audits and attestation engagements such as PCI DSS, SSAE18, CMMC, NIST CSF, ISO27001, etc.
β’ Preferred: experience delivering presentations at the Board level, including public speaking on IT and Cybersecurity topics.
β’ Preferred: skill in writing executive-level reports and technical documentation.
