Director – Client Service Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives from client acquisition through to the final delivery of projects.

• Supervise client service teams across various client engagements.

• Oversee, develop, train, and mentor staff members.

• Build strong working relationships with both internal and external clients.

• Spot opportunities for innovative services and take action to pursue them.

• Retain and cultivate new clients, actively seeking opportunities to cross-sell the full range of the firm’s services.

• Engage with project stakeholders to communicate requirements for technical and process enhancements.

• Conduct technical security assessments for applications and infrastructure.

• Carry out security design reviews and risk assessments.

• Execute mid and large-scale IT and information security risk and compliance assessments, PCI engagements, IT audits, cybersecurity testing, operational gap analyses, and offer remediation recommendations.

• Lead the client service efforts at FoxPointe Solutions for The Bonadio Group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of at least one Security, Risk, or IT certification (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001).

• A minimum of an associate's degree (AS) is required.

• At least eight years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Assurance, and IT Audit fields.

• Background in Enterprise Risk or Compliance areas.

• A self-starter with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff members.

• Expertise in compliance related to regulatory, privacy, international laws, and statutory requirements.

• Proficiency in risk management, including risk frameworks, maturity models, and enterprise IT security risk methodologies.

• Knowledge in governance focusing on vendor management, policy frameworks, control design, and security architecture.

• Extensive knowledge and documented hands-on experience with audits and attestation engagements such as PCI DSS, SSAE18, CMMC, NIST CSF, ISO27001, etc.

• Preferred: Experience with presentations at the Board level, including public speaking on IT and Cybersecurity topics.

• Preferred: Strong skills in writing executive-level reports and technical documentation.
