This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete conversion lifecycle for client reporting and the client portal for each incoming team, encompassing initial scoping, legacy-system exploration, historical data migration, dual-maintenance, and post-conversion approval.
• Create and uphold the project plan for client reporting/portal conversion and incorporate it into the shared master timeline with the Integration team.
• Oversee the workstream in alignment with executive-level commitments, highlighting risks, delays, or changes in scope along with mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for the client reporting/portal conversion.
• Collaborate with consulting partners and the Addepar migration team to manage data extraction, mapping, sequencing, and validation.
• Work alongside peer conversion owners in billing, trading, technology, and client reporting to synchronize systems within Addepar.
• Ensure alignment of the workstream with the overall acquisition integration plan and executive-level timeline.
• Collaborate with the Client Reporting Platform Enablement team on customization requests for Addepar and contribute to the wider platform strategy.
• Provide Addepar data to the M&A team for reporting on executive conversion success.
• Design and implement audit and reconciliation processes to compare converted Addepar data with legacy source data.
• Identify, document, and drive the resolution of discrepancies prior to and following go-live.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the conversion methodology, decisions, and exceptions for audit purposes.
• Support the training of newly converted advisor teams and staff on Lido’s Addepar.
• Develop or assist in the creation of training materials, SOPs, and FAQs.
• Identify and execute process enhancements throughout the conversion lifecycle.
• Integrate lessons learned into playbooks, checklists, and vendor collaboration workflows.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial services operations, with direct involvement in data migrations or platform conversions.
• Experience in a wealth management, RIA, or broker-dealer firm is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Addepar is strongly preferred; familiarity with other wealth-tech platforms is advantageous.
• Previous experience converting accounts from legacy portfolio management platforms (such as Tamarac, Black Diamond, Orion) is a significant plus.
• Proven project management abilities, capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams against firm-level deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in designing and executing data audits and reconciliations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at coordinating across functions.
• Experience in training or enabling end users on new systems or platforms.
