This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a senior leader within the People & Culture Leadership Team and a vital member of the Transformation Office.
• Take ownership of the delivery and execution of change and capability-building initiatives alongside Value Stream leaders and General Managers.
• Develop and spearhead Blackbaud's AI-driven change management strategy, frameworks, methodologies, and internal competencies.
• Promote enterprise-wide adoption of innovative working methods through change narratives, stakeholder engagement strategies, and enhanced employee experiences.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects that modernize operations across various functions and teams.
• Create and implement strategies for communication, engagement, training, and reinforcement.
• Identify risks related to transformation, dependencies, and requirements for organizational readiness.
• Design and deliver enterprise-wide training, workshops, toolkits, and enablement programs to boost AI adoption.
• Facilitate learning sessions, leadership workshops, and employee enablement experiences.
• Develop playbooks and storytelling methods that translate strategy into everyday behavior change.
• Function as a player-coach utilizing a lean team and matrixed resources.
• Design and deliver Pillar GM enablement curriculum covering the AI product development lifecycle, business acumen, go-to-market strategies, and product-led growth.
• Lead change initiatives related to the evolving roles in Product and Engineering as AI transforms product development.
• Formulate workforce strategies for geographically diverse, distributed teams and establish virtual company operating practices.
• Oversee enterprise organization design and strategic workforce planning.
• Leverage workforce and skills analytics to predict capability needs and guide talent investments.
• Redesign organizations, workflows, and team structures to enhance agility, effectiveness, and engagement.
• Guide executives through organizational transformations, shifts in operating models, and workforce planning decisions.
• Develop programs for upskilling, reskilling, career mobility, AI literacy, and digital fluency.
• Co-create the digital capability-building roadmap and future skills architecture.
• Generate executive dashboards to assess organizational health, capability growth, employee experience, and productivity.
• Measure transformation impact through business outcomes and workforce metrics.
• Build business cases supporting organizational and workforce investments.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, monitor adoption, and promote continuous improvement.
• Operate within governance frameworks that support responsible AI adoption and workforce transformation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and foster alignment among key stakeholders.
• Advocate for innovation, learning, transparency, and employee engagement while achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in organization design, workforce strategy, change management, HR transformation, and business transformation.
• More than 5 years of experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives at the Vice President, Senior Director, or equivalent leadership level within complex, global organizations.
• Proven success in leading organization redesigns, operating model transformations, workforce planning initiatives, and large-scale change programs.
• Established ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive adoption in highly matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with experience in utilizing workforce insights and business metrics for decision-making.
• Experience in leading AI-enabled workforce or business transformation initiatives, including the implementation and adoption of GenAI tools, copilots, agents, or intelligent workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technologies into tangible business outcomes and workforce capability strategies.
• Experience in developing enterprise change management programs and adoption frameworks that yield measurable business results.
• In-depth understanding of workforce analytics, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
• Certifications in organization design, workforce planning, or organizational development are highly desirable.
• Proven success in building and delivering large-scale training, upskilling, and adoption programs.
• Established ability to work through influence and collaborate with subject matter experts, business leaders, and cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
• Comfortable functioning as both strategist and practitioner, including creating content, facilitating workshops, leading training programs, and driving execution.
• Excellent facilitation and executive presentation skills, with experience in leading leadership sessions, organizational workshops, and change interventions.
