This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the diverse Insights Engine team consisting of multiple disciplines.
• Design, develop, launch, maintain, and consistently enhance the Insights Engine.
• Establish team priorities, create the roadmap, ensure work quality, set delivery timelines, and define capability development objectives.
• Utilize knowledge of health-system market dynamics, financial data, operational metrics, and performance indicators to steer the Insights Engine.
• Guarantee that data, measures, methodologies, and insights are precise, significant, and pertinent to consulting activities.
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions and articulate technical concepts in accessible business language.
• Create standards and processes for data integrity, analytical validation, source reliability, documentation, and responsible insight utilization.
• Collaborate with leaders and subject-matter experts to affirm use cases, collect feedback, prioritize tasks, and foster trust.
• Drive adoption and ongoing enhancement by showcasing value and guiding improvements based on business needs and user input.
• Report directly to the Innovation and Insights Leader.
• Extensive experience in healthcare consulting, health-system finance, healthcare market analytics, healthcare benchmarking, or related areas.
• In-depth understanding of health-system financial and operational performance.
• Capability to analyze financial statements, operational metrics, performance indicators, and the interrelationships of key measures.
• Proven experience in leading complex analytical, data-driven, or technology-supported projects from conception to execution.
• Skill in converting business needs into analytical and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical judgment coupled with problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in project or team leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in a new and evolving role.
• Must possess work authorization that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States and with Kaufman Hall.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Capability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.
