📋 Description

• Lead and nurture a team of Cardiovascular Sales Executives, offering recognition, feedback, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.

• Collaborate with the team to provide effective customer solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Supervise deal strategy, execution of the sales process, utilization of sales tools, accountability, and overall performance of the team.

• Evaluate technical, sales, and professional development needs, coordinating training and growth opportunities accordingly.

• Enhance clinical conversion excellence by improving sales capabilities and clinical expertise.

• Formulate and execute sales strategies, objectives, and operational plans for the designated zone.

• Set sales targets and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

• Create sales budgets and growth forecasts that align with business line strategies.

• Oversee budget execution and provide regular sales performance reports.

• Allocate resources effectively to maximize business outcomes.

• Work in collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and Project Management to position products and services.

• Advocate for customer focus and contribute to initiatives for customer-driven product development.

• Assist in strategic business development efforts for key customer accounts.

• Coordinate the resolution of customer satisfaction issues alongside internal and external stakeholders.

• Analyze market dynamics, opportunities, and risks through win/loss analysis and trend reporting.

• Drive competitive conversions and manage the installed base effectively.

• Utilize CRM data and analytics to enhance market strategies, sales effectiveness, and market share.

• Provide insights into business line forecasts and performance goals.

• Support strategic, must-win opportunities across multiple units and modalities.

• Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents, SCA Managers, Federal Account Managers, and Service teams on account strategies.

• Foster executive-level customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and promote business growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a clinical or sales setting.

• Preferably experienced in selling cardiovascular diagnostic imaging capital equipment to hospitals and healthcare systems.

• Demonstrated sales and operations leadership experience, ideally within a major healthcare imaging organization.

• A strong preference for candidates with a cardiology clinical background or experience in the cardiology sector.

• In-depth knowledge of medical imaging equipment and diagnostic imaging solutions.

• A robust understanding of strategic business objectives and the ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer, market, and product analytics.

• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization.

• Strong business judgment coupled with problem-solving skills.

• Capability to evaluate, enhance, implement, and sustain business processes and operational methods.

• Commitment to sharing knowledge and best practices across direct, virtual, and matrix teams.

• Recognized as a subject matter expert with a measurable impact on business performance.

• Advanced knowledge of strategic planning, cross-functional business practices, and operational procedures within a major functional area.

• Experience in building, developing, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams.

• Proven success in managing multiple levels of employees across one or more major functional areas.

• Experience in both sales and product management within a major healthcare imaging organization.

• Advanced understanding and application of leadership approaches related to employee motivation, performance management, coaching, and work direction.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
