Vice President, AI Transformation – Value Creation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the enterprise AI transformation roadmap.

• Identify and rank high-value AI opportunities that align with strategic goals and return on investment.

• Create and oversee an enterprise portfolio of AI initiatives.

• Provide counsel to executive leadership regarding AI investments, priorities, and anticipated business outcomes.

• Lead cross-functional AI and automation transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with business leaders to redesign processes and operating models.

• Drive measurable value realization from AI investments.

• Establish accountability and governance across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Develop and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks.

• Define key performance indicators, value realization metrics, and executive dashboards.

• Ensure responsible, secure, and compliant deployment of AI technologies.

• Offer transparency regarding risks, outcomes, and investment performance.

• Assess emerging AI technologies, platforms, and vendor solutions.

• Collaborate with IT, Product, Data Science, and PMO teams for implementation and scaling.

• Monitor market trends, research, and marketing technology innovations pertinent to the business strategy.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

• Translate complex AI concepts into business-oriented recommendations.

• Build business cases and prioritize enterprise opportunities.

• Influence across a matrixed organization without direct authority.

• Work with HR and Learning & Development to enhance AI readiness.

• Lead strategies for adoption and change management.

• Promote AI literacy and responsible innovation.

• Champion a culture that is AI-enabled and data-driven.

• Deliver business value through AI investments, improvements in productivity and efficiency, revenue growth, enhancements in customer experience, AI adoption, governance and compliance controls, enterprise AI maturity, and workforce readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of leadership experience in transformation, strategy, technology, operations, analytics, or consulting.

• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.

• Experience in AI, GenAI, automation, advanced analytics, or digital transformation.

• Strong skills in executive communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
