This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Conduct both scheduled and event-driven vibration analysis daily, utilizing data from online, wireless, and portable Condition Monitoring systems.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality reports that adhere to project-specific requirements.
• Offer technical and operational guidance to clients through targeted recommendations.
• Set up and oversee data acquisition systems with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with project planning and implementation teams both prior to and during project launches.
• Foster and enhance customer relationships through a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Assess machine conditions and suggest actionable countermeasures.
• Interact directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure project success and identify scaling opportunities.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in vibration data analysis.
• ISO 18436-2 CAT II certification.
• Experience in predictive maintenance is an advantage.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Polish; knowledge of additional languages, preferably German or Italian, is a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of vibration and reliability techniques.
• High software affinity.
• Excellent report writing skills with a strong emphasis on quality.
• Well-developed professional communication abilities with customers and partners.
