This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Supervise and guide practice managers at every hospital location.

• Oversee hospital operations such as staffing, inventory management, budgeting, employee and client scheduling, marketing, training, and human resources.

• Serve as a vital resource and collaborator for managing veterinarians.

• Foster strong relationships with doctors and integrate their feedback and objectives into practice operations.

• Partner with the Vice President of Operations to analyze financial reports and formulate practice strategies.

• Examine non-financial reports, including inventory and scheduling budgets, and spearhead improvement initiatives.

• Lead the integration process for clinics acquired post-acquisition.

• Execute initiatives and projects in collaboration with the Internal Operations team.

• Support the expansion of the Kansas and neighboring regions as new partner hospitals are introduced.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multiple locations for a multi-site operator in the veterinary sector.

• Exceptional communication, team-building, and leadership capabilities.

• Highly organized with effective time management skills.

• Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative in an entrepreneurial setting.

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in budget and financial statement analysis.

• Proficient in the complete suite of Microsoft Office applications.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is mandatory.

• Preferably resides in the Kansas City, KS Metro area.

• Must be willing and able to travel to practices four days a week and work one day in the office, with the potential of working at practices five days a week as required.
