This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Independently oversee the Zuid-Holland territory and customer base to enhance recurring diagnostic revenue and meet quarterly medical device equipment sales targets.

• Boost the utilization of in-house diagnostic tests and assays, instrument consumables, reference laboratory profiles, and advanced tests.

• Collaborate with fellow IDEXX sales professionals to finalize capital equipment and technology sales.

• Provide education and training to veterinary clinic staff regarding products, services, marketing initiatives, and customer service engagement.

• Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of IDEXX products and services.

• Relay customer needs and competitive challenges to IDEXX marketing and the business unit manager.

• Collaborate with laboratory operations to address and resolve customer inquiries and service issues.

• Represent IDEXX's values to customers with a solid grasp of the veterinary industry, practices, customers, technology, operations, and processes.

• Participate in trade shows and other educational events within the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of three years' proven experience in successfully managing your own sales territory.

• Experience in territory management sales within the veterinary/animal health sector, Human Healthcare medical device sales, dental device sales, and/or previous capital equipment sales.

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively in a highly team-oriented, collaborative sales environment.

• Capability to meet field sales demands, including extensive travel by car, overnight trips if necessary, potential weekend work for trade shows or occasional meetings, and lifting up to 60 pounds.

• Comfortable working in veterinary clinics and hospital settings.

• Proficient in both English and Dutch.
