NetSuite Functional Consultant, Inglés Avanzado

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions within NetSuite.

• Participate in implementations, configurations, and enhancements of modules.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis, prioritizing standard functionalities over customizations when appropriate.

• Manage requirements and tickets from analysis through testing and release.

• Configure and maintain SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards.

• Engage in functional testing, UAT, and documentation of solutions.

• Provide user support and address incidents in both Production and Sandbox environments.

• Participate in integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems.

• Collaborate on solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud.

• Explore and apply NetSuite's AI functionalities for automation and process optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience of 4 to 5 years with Oracle NetSuite in functional, support, implementation, or consulting roles.

• Knowledge of business processes: Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and general ledger (GL).

• Experience in configuring and administering NetSuite.

• Familiarity with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards.

• Knowledge of SuiteScript / JavaScript, and preferably SuiteTalk.

• Ability to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and document processes.

• Experience or knowledge in integrations with third-party systems.

• Advanced conversational English is essential.

• Availability to work from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST.

• A plus: NetSuite ERP Consultant certification or NetSuite Certified Developer.

• A plus: knowledge of SuiteTalk, Workato, ARM, R2R, TMT industries, automation, AI applied to business processes, or predictive analytics.
