This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Effectively oversee the Limburg Province territory and customer portfolio to boost recurring diagnostic revenue and achieve quarterly medical device equipment sales.

• Enhance the utilization of in-house diagnostic tests and assays, instrument consumables, reference laboratory profiles, and advanced testing services.

• Collaborate with fellow IDEXX sales professionals to finalize sales of capital equipment and technology.

• Train and educate veterinary clinic personnel regarding products, services, marketing strategies, and customer service engagement.

• Maintain a thorough and current understanding of IDEXX's products and services.

• Relay customer needs and competitive challenges to IDEXX marketing and the business unit manager.

• Collaborate with laboratory operations to address customer inquiries and service concerns.

• Represent IDEXX's values while demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the veterinary industry, practices, clients, technologies, operations, and procedures.

• Participate in trade shows and educational events within the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• At least three years of demonstrated success in managing a personal sales territory.

• Experience in territory management sales within the veterinary/animal health industry, human healthcare medical device sales, dental device sales, or prior experience with capital equipment sales.

• Ability to thrive in a highly team-oriented, collaborative sales environment.

• Willingness to meet field sales demands, including extensive travel by car, potential overnight trips for trade shows or meetings, and lifting up to 60 pounds.

• Comfortable working within veterinary clinics and hospital settings.

• Proficient in both English and Dutch.
