Veterinary Assistant – Spanish Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries through both phone and written communication promptly and accurately.

• Provide and clarify details regarding the nutrition of Nestlé animal products.

• Offer guidance and recommendations on nutrition, dietary limitations, pet behavior, and health concerns.

• Follow up with customers to confirm that their issues have been resolved.

• Manage serious and sensitive consumer interactions in accordance with established guidelines.

• Inform customers about new products, features, and promotional campaigns.

• Collect consumer feedback and assist in developing FAQ and knowledge-base documents.

• Cultivate relationships with market stakeholders and deliver health and nutrition insights to aid business decisions.

• Appropriately and promptly manage Nestlé CES Standard Instructions regarding Consumer Complaints.

• Redirect inquiries to the relevant stakeholders when unable to provide a solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science, or a related field.

• Over 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Technician, Veterinary Assistant, or in Customer Relations.

• Understanding of pet nutrition and behavior.

• Experience in customer relations.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to multitask and work independently while operating remotely.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new methodologies and technologies.
