Veterans Employment Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design of programs for outreach, intake, case management, and job placement.

• Establish collaborations with organizations serving veterans, housing providers, workforce development boards, and employers.

• Organize job training, credentialing, and supportive service initiatives.

• Collaborate with resources related to veteran healthcare and housing.

• Monitor and report on enrollment, placement, and job retention metrics.

• Provide qualifications and narratives of past performance for WIL proposals when permitted to be named.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading programs focused on veteran employment, reintegration, or services for the homeless.

• Experience in case management and job development.

• Familiarity with systems and benefits that support veterans.

• Experience in tracking and reporting outcomes.

• Ability to collaborate remotely as a project-based contractor within the US.

• A background in the military or as a military family member is preferred.

• Previous experience with federal veterans employment grants is a plus.

• Experience with programs related to veteran housing is advantageous.
