STEM Outreach Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design of K-12 STEM outreach initiatives, including camps, competitions, and classroom programs.

• Collaborate with schools, districts, universities, and research laboratories.

• Organize professional development opportunities for teachers and provide curriculum support.

• Engage and recruit students from underserved communities and those connected to the military.

• Monitor participation rates and assess learning outcomes.

• Provide qualifications and a narrative of past performance for WIL proposals upon authorization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading K-12 STEM outreach or educational programs.

• Established partnerships with school districts or educational organizations.

• Experience in teacher professional development or curriculum design.

• Background in program management and evaluation.

• Ability to work effectively as a project-based contract collaborator; remote positions available within the US.

• Experience with defense or national-laboratory STEM programs.

• Educational background in engineering or science.

• Experience working with military-connected students.
