Program Director – National Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the design of programs for member recruitment, training, placement, and oversight.

• Establish partnerships with schools, non-profit organizations, and public agencies for service sites.

• Create developmental pathways for members transitioning from service to employment.

• Supervise member eligibility, timekeeping, compliance, and grant reporting processes.

• Set performance metrics and evaluation strategies.

• Provide qualifications and past performance narratives for WIL proposals upon authorization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in directing or managing a national service program or service-year initiative.

• Background in recruiting, training, and supervising members or volunteers across various locations.

• Familiarity with federal grant compliance and performance reporting standards.

• Skills in building partnerships with community organizations and service locations.

• Ability to collaborate as a project-based contractor; must be located in the US.
