Vet Clinic Retention Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically identify clinics that may be at risk of becoming inactive customers.

• Conduct proactive outreach to clinics primarily through phone calls, along with email, live chat, and video conferencing.

• Train, educate, and support current Vetcove users to engage more deeply and meaningfully with the Vetcove platform.

• Address concerns and objections with a calm and compassionate approach.

• Create engaging content that educates and supports veterinary professionals, including veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and inventory specialists.

• Analyze and critically assess the flow of clinics entering and exiting the active user base.

• Gather customer feedback to enhance the platform and address objections proactively.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer experience, sales and growth, and engineering teams regarding feature requests and tool improvements.

• Develop and enhance processes to streamline customer retention workflows and strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to quickly adapt and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.

• A strong commitment to assisting our customers in achieving success.

• A positive attitude with a collaborative team spirit.

• Capable of delivering highly engaging presentations and demonstrations.

• Experience with technology platforms is a plus.

• Veterinary industry experience is highly preferred.

• Legally authorized to work in the country where you are applying.
