This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Ensure the effective execution of delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities within the designated Fleet, Rental, or Dealership sectors.
• Deliver installations punctually, adhere to SLA compliance, enhance delivery capacity, and meet target costs.
• Supervise planning, resource distribution, safety adherence, and quality assurance for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Guarantee that Rental/Dealership installations are finalized within 2 days and Fleet installations within 4 days.
• Ensure that maintenance support visits have a defined scope of work and are completed on schedule using a first-time-right strategy.
• Serve as the operational liaison to Sales and Implementation teams.
• Validate the feasibility of sales promises, identify potential risks, and convert commitments into actionable operational strategies.
• Oversee Field Service Engineers and Service Operations Coordinators.
• Promote 80% utilization, technical preparedness, and effective capacity planning.
• Manage installation partners and contractors while assessing cost, quality, and execution standards.
• Attain operational metrics such as on-time delivery, first-time fix rates, and target costs per installation.
• Implement proactive corrective measures.
• Collaborate with vehicle service areas, rental facilities, dealerships, manufacturing sites, and warehouse environments.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams.
• Proven experience managing distributed Field Service Engineers (FSEs) or technical field teams.
• Background in the automotive, fleet, rental, dealership, or a comparable operational setting.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations.
• Familiarity with capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting.
• Strong comprehension of SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience in managing high-volume deployment, installation, or field service projects.
• Proven ability to oversee third-party vendors, contractors, and installation partners.
• Proficient in ERP, CRM, or Field Service Management (FSM) systems.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and escalation management abilities.
• Willingness to travel to on-site locations as required by business needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant field is preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work in and around vehicle service areas, rental facilities, dealerships, manufacturing sites, or warehouse environments.
• Capability to perform occasional manual tasks, including lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs, bending, or reaching.
• Readiness to travel, work in diverse environmental conditions, and utilize PPE when necessary.
