This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Ensure effective delivery, installation, and lifecycle service activities within designated Fleet, Rental, or Dealership sectors.
• Complete installations punctually, maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), expand delivery capacity, and meet cost targets.
• Oversee the planning, allocation of resources, adherence to safety regulations, and quality assurance for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Meet installation benchmarks of 2 days for Rental/Dealership installations and 4 days for Fleet installations.
• Ensure maintenance support visits have a defined scope of work and are executed timely using a first-time-right methodology.
• Serve as the operational liaison for Sales and Implementation teams.
• Validate the feasibility of sales commitments, identify potential risks, and convert commitments into actionable operational plans.
• Supervise Field Service Engineers and Service Operations Coordinators.
• Achieve 80% utilization, ensure technical preparedness, and cultivate effective capacity planning.
• Manage installation partners and contractors, overseeing vendor costs, quality, and execution standards.
• Attain operational metrics such as on-time delivery, first-time fix rates, and target cost per installation through corrective measures.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams.
• Experience in managing distributed Field Service Engineers (FSEs) or technical field teams.
• Background in the automotive, fleet, rental, dealership, or a similar operational context.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations.
• Experience with capacity planning, resource distribution, and operational forecasting.
• Strong grasp of SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Proven experience in overseeing high-volume deployment, installation, or field service projects.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors, contractors, and installation partners.
• Proficiency in ERP, CRM, or Field Service Management (FSM) systems.
• Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and escalation management skills.
• Willingness to travel to on-site locations as business needs arise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certifications are advantageous.
• Capacity to perform occasional manual tasks, such as lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs, bending, or reaching.
• Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
