This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Identify new companies for diligence at Pairs, especially those in Series A and beyond.

• Expand the network of family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and angel investors.

• Establish new relationships with founders and investors on a monthly basis.

• Align suitable opportunities with the preferences of investors.

• Maintain up-to-date and qualified relationships with founders and investors.

• Collaborate directly with the two co-founders and the investor team.

• Evaluate which opportunities warrant the network's focus.

• Adhere to the platform-supported pipeline, including research and follow-up processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust network of founders who can be independently introduced to Pairs.

• Personally established direct relationships with investors.

• Proven experience in bringing at least one company or investor into a private funding round.

• Capability to articulate the process of introducing a company or investor into a private round.

• Knowledge of company stages, traction, funding round structures, and factors leading investors to decline.

• Ability to handle investor and company information with discretion.

• Regular use of AI tools, coupled with sound judgment regarding their appropriate application.

• Must not disclose any investor or company names in the application.
