Affiliate Manager – Forex, Crypto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates capable of driving qualified traffic to Forex and Crypto offers.

• Build and nurture relationships with affiliates, publishers, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and traffic partners.

• Negotiate commercial agreements, including CPA, CPL, Revenue Share, and Hybrid commission models.

• Activate new partners and enhance the profitable traffic generated by existing affiliates.

• Monitor KPIs such as deposits, First-Time Deposits (FTDs), conversions, acquisition costs, revenue, ROI, and profit.

• Assess traffic quality, detect suspicious activities, and collaborate with relevant teams for fraud prevention.

• Optimize affiliate performance across different geographical markets, traffic sources, offers, and conversion funnels.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to enhance campaign performance and commercial outcomes.

• Track and report on affiliate portfolio performance utilizing measurable campaign data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Regular Affiliate Manager: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Forex/Crypto affiliate management.

• Regular Affiliate Manager: Familiarity with affiliate programs and traffic acquisition strategies.

• Regular Affiliate Manager: Practical experience in recruiting, onboarding, activating, and monitoring partners.

• Regular Affiliate Manager: Capability to develop an affiliate portfolio with some guidance.

• Middle Affiliate Manager: Proven ability to independently manage affiliate relationships.

• Middle Affiliate Manager: Experience in recruiting and activating revenue-generating partners.

• Middle Affiliate Manager: Demonstrable success in achieving FTDs, revenue, traffic volumes, and profitability.

• Middle Affiliate Manager: Competence in negotiating commercial terms and optimizing partner performance.

• Senior Affiliate Manager: A strong established network of active Forex/Crypto affiliates.

• Senior Affiliate Manager: A proven track record of independently generating significant revenue and profitable acquisition.

• Senior Affiliate Manager: Experience in scaling affiliate partnerships across multiple geographical regions.

• Senior Affiliate Manager: Ability to negotiate substantial commercial agreements and manage high-performing affiliate portfolios.

• Senior Affiliate Manager: Demonstrable results in profit, revenue, FTDs, active partner numbers, and reporting periods.

• Senior Affiliate Manager: High degree of commercial ownership, autonomy, and strategic decision-making skills.
