📋 Description

• Actively seek out and engage high-potential analysts who may not be currently exploring new opportunities

• Develop and maintain a long-term network of talent throughout the Americas

• Direct regional recruitment marketing initiatives to establish Gratia as the preferred employer

• Take ownership of hiring results with the freedom to manage time and processes

• Utilize AI-driven hiring tools to enhance workflow efficiency and focus on meaningful human interactions

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment

• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates in the LATAM region

• Experience in recruiting graduates from MBB or the Big 4 firms

• Skilled in using sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn, such as Apollo, specialized job boards, and advanced Boolean searches like Recruit’em

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English

• Capability to engage in professional discussions with senior consultants and analysts

• Proficiency in customizing recruitment messages for elite talent within LATAM and the broader Americas
