Venture Capital Associate

📋 Description

• Expand the network of investors who make direct investments in private companies.

• Cultivate and manage investor relationships over time.

• Attract investors who support companies directly and connect them with appropriate opportunities.

• Establish new investor relationships monthly with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and angel investors.

• Sustain current and qualified investor relationships.

• Comprehend each investor's stage, check size, sector, and investment preferences.

• Align relevant opportunities with investors.

• Remain engaged and provide value to investors between opportunities.

• Collaborate directly with the two co-founders and the investor team.

• Assess which investors are prepared to commit capital.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have personally established investor relationships and be able to detail how each one was initiated.

• Have successfully guided at least one investor from an initial conversation to a direct investment in a private round.

• Understand the investors' stage, check size, sector, and the reasons behind declining investments.

• Treat confidentiality with utmost importance.

• Refrain from including investor names in the application.

• Utilize AI tools on a daily basis, demonstrating sound judgment regarding their enhancement of work versus potential compromise in quality.

• Relevant experience with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, angel investors, VCs, or institutional investors is advantageous for this role.

• Capability to work remotely and asynchronously.
