This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for business relationships with affiliates while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of their services, locations, capacity, pricing, priorities, needs, and capabilities.
β’ Conduct regular check-ins with affiliates, encompassing performance metric assessments, educational sessions, sharing best practices, performance improvement strategies, compliance oversight, and pricing management.
β’ Take ownership of affiliate performance metrics and ensure the quality and depth of the regional affiliate network.
β’ Oversee and manage the dispatch plan, which includes work distribution, effectiveness of the plan, affiliate capacity, and identification of workflow bottlenecks.
β’ Identify sourcing requirements and collaborate with the sourcing team to onboard high-potential affiliates.
β’ Establish performance expectations and provide guidance and coaching during the initial work orders of affiliates.
β’ Relay market performance information and highlight top affiliates by trade to client account teams and regional customer leadership.
β’ Handle high-priority inbound escalations from affiliates.
β’ Regularly visit Lessen offices to collaborate with Operations, SMEs, SDMs, and other relevant counterparts.
β’ Advocate for the affiliate perspective within Lessen and offer feedback aimed at enhancing technology, operations, billing, and compliance.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of technical experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance) is required.
β’ At least 7 years of experience in vendor management, property maintenance or management, or construction is required.
β’ Previous experience in a customer service setting is preferred.
β’ An Associates or Undergraduate degree is preferred or equivalent experience is acceptable.
β’ Knowledge of maintenance or property management is required.
β’ Industry-specific knowledge: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance is required.
β’ Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing third-party vendors.
β’ Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
β’ Proven analytical skills and the ability to make timely decisions in a logical and effective manner.
β’ Extensive travel within the assigned regions is required.
β’ Availability outside of business hours via phone or email is necessary.
β’ Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
