Vendor Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee essential vendor relationships within a designated portfolio of external service providers.

• Create and enhance vendor engagement strategies that align with the company’s goals and service requirements.

• Establish and nurture productive collaborations with vendors that deliver specialized services to the organization.

• Evaluate vendor capabilities and ensure they align with the changing objectives of the business.

• Sustain effective relationships with vendor representatives and internal stakeholders.

• Act as the primary contact for discussions related to vendors, planning, and relationship management.

• Monitor the overall performance, capacity, and efficiency of the vendor network.

• Identify risks associated with vendors, service deficiencies, and opportunities to enhance support for business operations.

• Work alongside internal teams and business leaders to back operational and strategic initiatives.

• Engage in customer-facing discussions when vendor input or subject matter expertise is required.

• Assist in initiatives aimed at vendor growth and expansion.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial title work as a searcher/abstractor or examiner.
