This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Collaborate with designated install-base locations to implement MRgFUS programs and business initiatives, enhancing patient throughput and achieving financial success.
• Achieve annual targets for treatments and site revenues, encompassing service and disposable/kit purchases.
• Align partner CAM initiatives and execute market account development strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communications regarding site account matters.
• Transform information related to Essential Tremor and Parkinson’s Disease into growth strategies for each install-base site.
• Propel CAM enhancement strategies to boost results and elevate the standard of care in Asia Growth Markets.
• Enhance patient throughput and treatment volumes through well-defined action plans.
• Comprehend account-specific workflows and implement strategies for optimal patient care and resource utilization.
• Assist with market access projects.
• Develop educational programs and facilitate regular site meetings focused on ultrasound technology.
• Partner with the Application Team to enhance treating clinician skills and improve patient satisfaction and treatment volumes.
• Act as a key resource for partners and on-site customers.
• Analyze account workflows and propose patient journeys and narratives.
• Cultivate relationships with neurologists, neurosurgeons, radiologists, medtech personnel, nurses, patient coordinators, partners, and site staff.
• Ensure partners provide accurate weekly reports, treatment forecasts, and updates on install-base status.
• Facilitate clinician skill development to meet masterclass standards and establish a network of KOL resources.
• Suggest ongoing improvements in patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Support the overall AGH strategic growth pathway and the acceleration towards standard of care.
• Immerse in customer environments to understand hospital operations, patient flow, and financial models.
• Collaborate with application, service, distributor, sales, marketing, and reimbursement teams.
• A scientific background (BA, MA) is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development/account management within the medical device sector – required.
• Experience in the Movement Disorder field is preferable.
• Strong critical thinking abilities, problem-solving skills, and creativity in delivering solutions to customers.
• Capability to operate independently.
• Proficient in Salesforce and skilled in extracting data from SFDC to create insightful reports.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and secure a position at the customer table to drive program success.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate vision, unite towards a common goal, and foster execution support among internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 60% of work time, to customer locations, trade shows, and both national and international events.
• Knowledge of an additional Asian language is a plus.
