Vendor Relations Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Offer administrative assistance to operations teams and Service Partners.

• Support Service Partner onboarding processes, including contract establishment and record management.

• Collaborate with Billing and Operations to review Service Partner invoices.

• Generate contracts in accordance with operations management protocols.

• Ensure the prompt execution of agreements and proper filing of insurance, workers’ compensation, and other necessary documentation.

• Drive procedural compliance and monitor adherence to safety and risk management policies.

• Uphold the integrity of the Service Partner database.

• Foster professional relationships with Service Partners nationwide.

• Track invoice status and ensure resolutions align with established guidelines.

• Acquire and maintain Service Partner insurance, diversity certifications, and onboarding compliance materials.

• Assist with daily activities and events within the Operations department.

• Conduct seasonal setups for implemented programs.

• Provide operational assistance to Service Partners and the Operations Team.

• Generate system reports following events.

• Adapt schedule to accommodate overnight and/or weekend snowfall occurrences.

• Execute additional duties that align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Previous experience with Aspire, Tipalti, Sage Intacct, Gatekeeper, SiteFotos, or other ERP and AP automation systems is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Capability to organize and analyze information while guiding problem-solving efforts.

• Demonstrated ability to make decisions and lead others effectively.

• Ability to think conceptually and strategically.

• Competence in performing complex and diverse tasks independently.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Must possess a cell phone capable of downloading the timekeeping application.

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Flexibility to work remotely or from the corporate office as necessary.

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
