Junior Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and oversee trades on both centralized and decentralized platforms, which include order books, AMM pools, and concentrated liquidity positions.

• Track positions, inventory, and profit & loss in real time.

• Proactively identify risks and respond accordingly.

• Create and enhance desk tools, such as position trackers, reporting dashboards, hedging workflows, and reconciliation processes.

• Evaluate market and execution data to analyze slippage, pool profitability, and fill quality.

• Cultivate expertise in market structure and protocol mechanics, including AMMs, PMMs, and lending protocols.

• Collaborate closely with senior traders across various strategies.

• Quickly assume independent responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0–3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong quantitative skills in probability and statistics.

• Proficiency in Python is preferred, ideally applied to financial modeling or data analysis.

• Familiarity with pandas, notebooks, and handling messy datasets is preferred.

• Experience with R, MATLAB, SQL, or advanced Excel modeling is considered relevant.

• Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and DeFi, with demonstrated involvement in the field.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Self-motivated and adaptable.

• Comfortable working independently across different time zones in a remote-first setting.
