Vendor Relations Manager – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with third-party program partners concerning performance management standards and financial accountability.

• Proactively deploy suitable business solutions.

• Execute direct Account Management duties, which include scheduling regular meetings with delegated entities, managing agendas, and documenting minutes.

• Provide and disseminate monthly SLA performance dashboards or reports, addressing any SLA performance concerns.

• Maintain consistent communication with leads at Delegated Care Management entities and relay plan requirements internally.

• Lead, monitor, and/or engage in complex special projects and planning initiatives that involve oversight of Delegated Care Management entities.

• Ensure timely and accurate payments for care management services provided.

• Supervise vendor relationships, contracts, performance metrics, risk assessments, compliance reviews, strategic vendor management, governance, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience collaborating with Primary Care Providers.

• Experience in Account Management within the healthcare sector or a related field.

• Capable of presenting to executive-level teams at the delegated entities.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
