Vendor Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and continuously enhance Rayda's network of qualified vendors throughout European markets.

• Conduct research to identify appropriate partners in IT hardware, logistics, repair, storage, and device lifecycle.

• Create a structured pipeline of potential vendors in key European countries.

• Evaluate vendors based on their capabilities, geographic reach, pricing, service quality, and reliability.

• Oversee vendor outreach, qualification, due diligence, and onboarding processes.

• Negotiate pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and commercial terms with vendors.

• Maintain robust relationships with active vendors to ensure operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate with vendors to meet procurement, deployment, recovery, repair, and other customer needs.

• Monitor vendor performance, service levels, pricing, and customer satisfaction.

• Identify gaps in Rayda's vendor coverage and proactively create solutions as the company expands into new European markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations, or business development.

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding third-party vendors or service providers.

• Experience in building or expanding vendor or supplier networks across various markets.

• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.

• Ability to assess vendors based on their capabilities, pricing, quality, and reliability.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.

• Capability to work independently across multiple countries and with various stakeholders.

• Experience in IT hardware, logistics, device lifecycle, or technology services is a plus.

• Familiarity with European markets and business practices is preferred.
