
Vendor Operations Associate – Servicing Valuations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and track the entire vendor order pipeline to ensure timely progress and completion.
• Supervise the team phone queue and respond to inbound calls to assist vendors with inquiries, updates, or problem resolution.
• Make outbound calls to vendors and handle incoming vendor questions.
• Ensure accurate fee management and maintain proper documentation for each order.
• Verify vendor compliance with operational standards.
• Send proactive reminders concerning quality standards, turnaround times, platform or website usage, and performance expectations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve operational challenges impacting vendor performance or order fulfillment.
• Propose workflow enhancements, process improvements, and best practices.
• Maintain effective communication patterns and service-level expectations throughout the vendor panel.
• Manage vendor timelines, appointments, and engagement agreements.
• Adhere to Independence Guidelines and vendor management protocols.
• Ensure appropriate escalation channels and timely issue resolution.
• Participate in regular department meetings and provide constructive feedback.
• Achieve departmental productivity and quality objectives.
• Communicate consistently with Vendor Management and Directors.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are necessary.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with office processes, procedures, and technology is essential.
• Proficient in computer usage with the ability to learn software applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to type at a speed of 30 words per minute.
• One to three years of office experience preferred.
• Capacity to cultivate positive and professional business relationships with vendors and internal personnel.
• Excellent attention to detail is a must.
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and meet tight deadlines.
