This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Act as the main liaison between Climb and designated vendors.
• Oversee vendor communications, including check-in meetings, sales performance, pipelines, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
• Implement the vendor go-to-market strategy aimed at IPP/ICP.
• Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales growth objectives.
• Analyze sales activity, bookings, pipeline reports, and forecast potential opportunities.
• Spot upselling, cross-selling, and vendor product adoption opportunities.
• Recruit and empower reseller partners.
• Provide education to partners on vendor solutions, pricing programs, incentives, and competitive advantages.
• Support reseller sales teams throughout the complete sales cycle.
• Manage daily sales pipeline opportunities, open quotes, and deal registrations.
• Prepare pipeline reports and sales forecasts.
• Maintain expertise in vendor products, licensing, pricing, quoting, ordering, and deal registration.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert for assigned vendors.
• Train field and inside sales teams as well as reseller partners.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, webinars, workshops, email initiatives, and promotions.
• Track leads generated from marketing efforts and assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Address vendor, reseller, delivery, pricing, licensing, support, fulfillment, and order-related issues.
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies.
• Formulate strategic business plans to enhance market share and sales performance.
• Host Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Participate in industry events, present vendor solutions, coordinate trade-show involvement, and create opportunities through event engagement.
