Vault CRM Capability Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in a global transformation of pharmaceutical CRM systems.

• Evaluate how current commercial and medical processes are reflected in practical Vault CRM requirements.

• Identify capabilities, dependencies, and possible platform limitations.

• Examine Vault CRM capabilities, configuration options, and any exceptions from legacy processes.

• Assess the platform's compatibility and dependencies concerning content, consent, mobile features, access, and integrations.

• Engage in focused discussions with Veeva and review solution/design demonstrations.

• Aid process consultants in crafting realistic, business-oriented requirements.

• Recognize and convey platform constraints, assumptions, and unknown factors.

• Raise inquiries that need Veeva's input without taking on technical implementation responsibilities.

• Create assessments for capability fit, questions on technical dependencies, and notes from feasibility reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with commercial or medical Vault CRM.

• Alternatively, a well-documented pathway to expertise in Vault CRM backed by relevant Veeva experience.

• Capacity to evaluate Vault CRM features and articulate technical constraints in straightforward business language.

• Experience in reviewing CRM processes and converting them into actionable system requirements.

• Strong knowledge of CRM dependencies, including content, consent, mobile usage, access, and integrations.

• Experience collaborating with business/process consultants and technical platform teams.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• General experience with Vault alone is inadequate; candidates must show relevant Vault CRM capabilities or a credible path to gain that expertise.
