Peer Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and lead onboarding calls tailored to logistics for partners.

• Ensure that partners participate in all calls and complete the necessary action items.

• Prepare partners for active involvement in their designated peer group (Pod).

• Transition partners to their respective Program Manager.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings to guide and introduce new partners.

• Educate partners on peer systems and related processes.

• Set clear expectations regarding peer engagement and the success of the program.

• Keep abreast of program developments as it expands.

• Support the Program Management team as required.

• Travel to quarterly meetings to network with partners.

• Provide logistical support as needed.

• A motivated team player.

• Capability to present and lead partners through the onboarding process.

• Ability to train partners on peer systems and their associated processes.

• Skill in setting expectations for partners and ensuring program success.

• Capacity to maintain knowledge of an evolving program.

• Proficiency in providing logistical support.

• Willingness and ability to travel for quarterly meetings.

• Education is not a mandatory requirement.
