This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the financial success of Accountable Banking

• Enhance workflows that support the prosperity of Accountable Banking

• Aid in the design of both internal and external processes

• Engage directly with Accountable Banking clients in Dutch, French, and English

• Serve as a liaison between users and the banking partner

• Create and execute user communication strategies

• Collaborate with teammates in Berlin and Brussels regarding user communication

• Assist with testing to enhance user experiences in the mobile and web applications

• Work closely with marketing and product teams to guarantee an exceptional customer journey

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree or training, or relevant professional experience

• Proficient in Dutch, French, and English

• Excellent command of written and spoken French, Dutch, and English

• Strong communication abilities and empathy

• Hands-on approach, initiative, drive, and results-oriented mindset

• Interest in self-employment and related subjects

• Ideally, experience in areas related to self-employment

• Willingness to thrive in a growing, highly motivated start-up environment

• Ability to actively contribute to the company's success
