This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.
• Develop and sustain ICU Medical’s Vascular Access & Blood Collection business within the designated territory.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Maintain current business while identifying and pursuing future business opportunities.
• Enhance territory profitability and broaden the customer base by promoting ICU Medical products.
• Expand customer relationships into new sectors and acquire additional clients.
• Deliver ongoing post-sales implementation support.
• Collaborate daily with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve or surpass annual revenue objectives for the territory.
• Present ICU Medical products and articulate their relevance to industry standards and clinical outcomes.
• Differentiate ICU Medical offerings from competing products both clinically and technically.
• Act as the field-level clinical expert and consultative problem solver for clinical and supply chain contacts.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the top 50 assigned customers, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implement products within the Vascular Access and Blood Collection portfolio.
• Relay product performance information to Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Occasionally work weekends or nights as required.
• Travel over 50% of the time.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven success record is required.
• Medical device sales experience is preferred.
• Established relationships with key regional health systems are advantageous.
• Familiarity with needle-free infusion therapy products and services is preferred.
• Background in vascular access, blood collection, or infusion therapy products is desirable.
• Proven ability to meet quotas or achieve territory growth.
• Experience in developing existing customer relationships within Supply Chain.
• Active compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination, is essential for performing key functions at customer locations.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and professional demeanor is required.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong presentation skills are necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and capability to multitask are required.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is necessary.
• A valid driver’s license and adherence to the Authorized Driver Policy is required.
