• Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing choices, budget allocations, and construction project scopes.

• Assess property values across the United States while ensuring valuation precision.

• Achieve turnaround targets for valuations and avoid prolonged property listings on the market.

• Manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines effectively.

• Execute additional tasks as necessary to support the company's objectives.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations or underwriting is required.

• An appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
