📋 Description

• Assess potential residential property transactions and outline the required work for acquired assets.

• Evaluate market values to inform acquisition choices.

• Develop pricing strategies for the sale of acquired properties.

• Formulate pricing strategies aimed at maximizing ROI and minimizing turnaround times for property dispositions.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing, budgets, and the scope of construction work.

• Appraise properties throughout the United States and ensure the accuracy of valuations.

• Achieve turnaround goals and ensure properties do not remain on the market for extended periods.

• Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

• Execute additional tasks as needed to support the company's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations or underwriting is required.

• An appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework is preferred.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Exceptional computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
