This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

• Formulate pricing strategies aimed at maximizing ROI for acquired properties and optimizing turnaround times for dispositions.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Construction Departments on pricing determinations, budget allocations, and defining the scope of construction work.

• Assess the value of properties nationwide and ensure the precision of valuations.

• Achieve turnaround targets for valuations and prevent properties from being on the market for extended periods.

• Manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.

• Execute additional responsibilities as needed to support the company's objectives.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations or underwriting is required.

• An appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
