📋 Description

• Assess reliable market-value estimates for potential residential property acquisitions.

• Define the scope of work for properties that are being acquired.

• Create pricing strategies aimed at maximizing ROI for acquired properties.

• Establish turnaround times for property dispositions.

• Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budgets, scope of work, and construction strategies.

• Evaluate properties throughout the entire US and ensure accurate valuations.

• Achieve valuation turnaround objectives and avoid prolonged market listings for properties.

• Manage several priorities and deadlines efficiently.

• Assist with other activities essential for the company's success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations/underwriting required.

• Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Exceptional computer skills with a quick adaptability to new technology.

• Capability to value properties across the entire US.

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
